We have been operating a substitute fuel treatment plant with two lines and a capacity of 120,000 tons/year there since late 2007.

In the plant, ultramodern separation equipment is installed in order to separate the impurities and pollutants still present in the high-calorific fractions.

Disposal companies, treatment and splitting plants are our clients. Pre-sorted high-calorific commercial waste, high-calorific value fractions as well as mixed plastics from the dual system form the input mix for our high-grade substitute fuel. It goes without saying that we also accept production-specific commercial waste.

Deliveries to Mergelstetten are only possible with a delivery note with a barcode. Coordination and approval for deliveries are carried out via Sales, requierments & planning from our location in Bissingen. It is from there that you also receive the delivery note.

In Germany actually over 50 million cars are running on the streets. With our tyre recycling plant in Pfullendorf we have made it to our business to recycle the main part of used tyres. By using innovative processes we treat the tyres in different ways to bring back the tyre-components into the circulation. By disassembling the tyres into their components rubber, steel and textile we produce highly-graded secondary material. The produced rubber-granulate could be used directly in different production processes.

Deliveries are only possible with a delivery note with a barcode. The coordination and the release for a delivery has to be cleared with Tyrewolf directly.

Landfilling on a still authorized and opened landfill in the Czech Republic or other unclear disposal routes are out of the question.

DVS Dachpappenverwertung Süd operates a treatment plant with a crusher, sieving and screening equipment in order to produce a high-grade substitute fuel for cement works from the roofing felt waste coming from demolition work or the production of it.

Deliveries to Schwieberdingen are only possible with a delivery note with a barcode. Coordination and approval for deliveries are carried out via Sales, requierments & planning from our location in Bissingen.  It is from there that you also receive the delivery note.

The plant site is located in the immediate proximity of the A81 between Stuttgart and Heilbronn and is situated by the "Am Froschgraben" landfill.

In the year 2020 we will open a new treatment plant named Xplastics in Bruchsal (in the immediate proximity to the A5) where we treat rigid plastics for the re-use in the circulation.

The company Xplastics will be processing packaging and commercial waste into polyethylene-polypropylene mixed fractions, rLDPE and waste-derived fuel with an output of 70,000 t/y. Xplastics will not only recycle input materials from commercial and industrial collections but also mixed plastics from sorting plants for lightweight packaging. The final product will then take the form of different fractions, including flakes.
